All estimates include two client meetings (if necessary), all research, interviews, concepting, writing and two revisions.  And of course solid copy, quick turn-around, and excellent customer service.  Sense of humor is gratis! Any extra meetings or revisions are billable at an hourly rate.

One-third of the project fee is due when work commences.  The remaining balance is due within 15 days of completion.

If for any reason the project is cancelled or delayed, payment of all work done to that point will be payable at an hourly rate.  If the parameters of the project change, we will revisit the estimate as necessary.

To date, the Little Black Pen has not found a project that can not be tackled with a high degree of skill, commitment and professionalism.  However, if the LBP is out of ink for your particular needs, work completed to that point will be billable and we will agree to amicably part ways.  If possible, you will be referred to another professional who may be a better fit for your requirements.
